Hours: Monday - Saturday / 7:30am - 5:30pm Meals: Continental Breakfast, Nutritious & Delicious Lunch/Snacks served daily. Special Diets arranged on request. Staffing: Staff are cross-trained to provide personal care, activity leadership and transportation services. Our staff to participant ratio is 1:4 for those needing a greater level of supervision and personal care, and 1:5 for all others. This helps us maintain continuity of care and open communication with families and caregivers. All our direct provider and management personnel are qualified to respond to specialized needs. Cost: Varies according to number of hours/days spent at My Second Home and transportation needs. Meals and activity supplies are included in all rates. We are confident you'll find the program reasonable and more affordable than in-home care or a nursing home. We will gladly discuss costs that fit within your budget. Sliding scale available. Medicaid is accepted through the Long Term Home Health Care Program. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
